Meet with a coach 2-3 times per week who tailors the entire time to your needs and watch how quickly your body transforms! Worried about injuries or limitations? No stress - it’s easy to adjust in a private setting.
Fear Pilates is too fundamental for your athletic prowess? Let me kindly remind you that most professional athletes practice Pilates due to its efficiency and effectiveness. We can start with the most basic moves - Pilates is rooted in physical therapy - and gradually scale all the way up to Athletic Conditioning if that’s the best course of action.

We ask every member why they choose Pilates, and specifically, why they choose Private lessons. They say things like:

All new clients are welcomed into the prestigious REV Elite™ family via HAPI session. (Health Assessment for Personal Improvement). In this 90-minute session, you’ll get:
- Individualized workout for approx 45 minutes
- Full diet and lifestyle diagnostic with recommendations to improve your diet, energy, sleep and stress.
- Movement and postural evaluations to identify target areas for weakness, instability or pain.
- At home exercises and stretches to address imbalances, chronic pain, and weakness.
