We keep our classes small...
(6 or fewer) so that we can keep prices low and personal attention high. This is a critical qualifier as some studios cram as many bodies into their studio as possible (14) and others are even more intimate (3). We believe 6 is the perfect number because it creates a communal environment, allows for flexible scheduling and still enables the teacher to give you individual modifications. Though safety is our top priority, we can also ensure that every workout is personalized and never cookie cutter!
We offer approximately 40 group classes per week and they are easy to understand.
You don’t have to pick from a C1A or a Tier III or Power Combo 3. Most of the Pilates classes that you experience at REV are true to the form with no exclusions or odd blends with other exercise formats (unless otherwise noted on the schedule). In order to get the benefits that the Pilates method provides, training in the form exclusively is pertinent. In every Pilates class, you'll get a perfectly balanced, challenging and stretchy workout that works every single part of your body. Every time.
We offer FREE postural, diet and lifestyle assessments.
Our members have a tangible way of measuring results. We offer nutrition coaching, supplementation and free reassessments so our members can stay on track with their goals. There is more to life than just movement. Diet, sleep and stress play a major part and we help with that too!
We work with Special Populations.
Have an injury or condition that you are dealing with? No problem. Pilates is so diverse that there are many ways to get in a good workout without exasperating many current medical issues and our staff is equipped to handle it. Pilates can serve as a form of rehabilitation and maintenance for many common conditions such as knee & back surgeries, hip replacements, Scoliosis, Arthritis, Osteoporosis and more. During your initial consultation, we will determine whether 1:1 or groups are appropriate for your needs.

We ensure that all of our instructors are certified through a rigorous and world renown Pilates training program. Our instructors undergo hours of training every year to maintain their excellence. If you don’t love the workout with your trainer - tell us and we will add another one to your account.
